Divorce matters. From simple, uncontested divorces, to complex and high-net worth divorces. Lee Marlow is also equipped to facilitate all real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings and refinancing which are often incident to divorce.

Child custody. Custody and visitation rights that benefit clients and are in the best interests of their children. We have experience in cases relating to out-of-state relocation, as well as cases with mental health, addiction and abuse issues.

Alimony.  Having  clear orders are incredibly important once parents are separated or divorced. Lee Marlow helps clients to achieve family support arrangements that work best for them.

Appeals, modifications, and enforcement. People’s financial circumstances often change following a divorce. Also, as children grow older, some times the original custodial or parenting-plan needs to be revised or adjusted. We assist our clients in modifying child custody, child support and spousal support orders to reflect the new or changed circumstances. We also handle clients’ appeals of court orders and enforcement of court orders, even when the other party may have moved to another state.

Agreements. Of course, when possible, we assist clients reach mutually attractive agreements designed and crafted to resolve all disputes, related to assets, children and family support. These agreements include prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, extensive separation agreements and divorce settlements as alternatives to expensive and time-consuming litigation.
